The Legal Bits

Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, magnification, captions or other assistive technology.

Our Commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, the internationally recognised standard for accessible websites. We build to the same standard for the websites we make for our clients.

What We Do

  • A "Skip to main content" link at the top of every page
  • Menus, forms, product selection and pop-up windows are built to work with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline
  • Page structure uses proper headings and landmarks so screen readers can move around it
  • Form fields have labels and required fields are marked
  • Text and background colours are chosen for readable contrast
  • Animation is reduced if your device is set to reduce motion
  • Images that carry meaning have text alternatives

Known Limitations

Some parts of the site are provided by other services and are outside our direct control:

  • Online payments are completed on Stripe's secure checkout page. Stripe designs it to be accessible, but we can't change how it works.
  • Embedded content such as videos, maps and social media posts follows the accessibility of the service it comes from.

If anything on the site stops you doing what you came to do, please tell us and we will help another way, such as by email, and fix the problem.

Feedback and Help
